This nationally recognised qualification, which is part of the Professional Institute of Accredited PE, is aimed at upskilling colleagues involved in the delivery of school sport and physical activity as part of the curriculum.

Delegates completing the Level 3 Certificate will develop the skills and confidence to support the delivery of PESSPA through planning, delivering, and reviewing high quality programmes.

The Level 3 Certificate will develop learners’ knowledge and skills to support the delivery of PE and sport activities in a school environment. While they are delivered through the medium of physical education and school sport, the skills may be used by learners aspiring to work in other sporting roles, such as coaching.
