Forever Active is Derby County Community Trust’s over 55s exercise programme, aimed at increasing physical activity, preventing falls and reducing social isolation.

Free for 12 months then available at for a low cost per session, it consists of a weekly timetable of varied activities and also feeds into our Extra Time Hub which increases social interaction through regular meetings (currently running virtually).

There is also a specific monthly session for those living with the affects of dementia and their families. Sporting Memories aims to support these participants through reminiscing some of their favourite Derby County memories in partnership with Club Historian Andy Ellis and his Derby County Collection memorabilia.
