Sound healing uses the power of specific sounds and vibration to create space for rest, healing and relaxation. All things have a vibration and frequency whether that be sounds, light or solid objects. Using various specially designed instruments, the ancient art of sound healing fills the room with a powerful energy and changes the vibration within our atoms to align our ourselves towards health.
