Derby County Community Trust are delighted to offer you an exclusive opportunity to learn more about Robincroft Consulting – a professional leadership training organisation who our Senior Leadership Team have had the pleasure of working with over the past 6 months. In partnership with the Trust, Robincroft would like to invite Trust Partners to gain an exclusive insight into their work and how it could benefit you and your organisation.

Robincroft Consulting provide practical leadership development and help leaders solve problems.  This interactive session will introduce you to multiple themes and connect session content to your working life.  You will be introduced to both the Robincroft Two ‘S’ Leadership Model© self-assessment, and their ‘Nine lessons in leadership failure from business, education and elite sport.’ This three-hour workshop will allow you to gain both an insight into what it would be like to work with Robincroft, and also provide you with some personal practical take aways to help your career. 

This event will take place on Wednesday 11^th September, 1-4pm at Harrisons Hub, Pride Park with refreshments provided throughout the session.  The workshop is completely free of charge to those who attend however there will be the opportunity to make a donation to the work of Derby County Community Trust on the day should you wish to.
