We care about our community; we care about our people.  We have exciting opportunities for qualified coaches to join our Female Talent Pathway team.  The pathway aims to develop local talent from U9 to U21 level, with the ultimate aim of providing players for the Derby County Women’s First Team.  It delivers enhanced coaching and support designed to improve the development of elite female players

Our values underpin everything we deliver as a charity you will be responsible for modelling these values through themselves and their work.  Alignment to our values is key to being successful in this role, along with excellent communication, good IT skills and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Successful applicants will hold a UEFA C licence along FA Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications. A UEFA B licence is desirable, along with demonstrable experience of coaching football within an elite environment and/or within the female game.
