Derby County Community Trust work with thousands of people across Derby and Derbyshire who may be living with health inequalities for a wide range of reasons.
Our health programmes work to achieve four key outcomes of:

Our Health department works to deliver targeted health intervention programmes aimed at reducing health inequalities and promoting healthy lifestyles to people living in Derbyshire. Our health team consists of 20 full time staff with a wide range of professional backgrounds offering clinical and non-clinical support to our communities.
