Throughout the summer, Derby County Female Talent Pathway will be holding trails for any players wanting to join the club. 

At Derby County Women we pride ourselves on providing opportunities for our homegrown talented players to progress into our first team with 4 Female Talent Pathway graduates currently playing for our first team. 

With a pathway from Under-9s all the way through to Under-21s and then first team, Derby County has one of the largest female academies across the midlands and offers opportunities for all age groups to play for the club.
