The Derby County Female Talent Pathway has confirmed its sponsors for the 2026/27 season, with seven organisations supporting the development of local female footballing talent from Under-9 to Under-21 level.

The Female Talent Pathway aims to develop players towards Derby County Women’s First Team, providing enhanced coaching and support to help elite female players reach their potential.

Chasetown Civil Engineering will continue as headline sponsor for the 2026/27 season, with its logo proudly displayed on the front of the Under-9s to Under-16s shirts.

A market-leading civil engineering business based in Staffordshire, Chasetown delivers high-quality and innovative solutions to clients, specialising in infrastructure, groundworks and related building services. The company is also a long-term partner of Derby County Football Club, supporting the Men’s Academy as front of shirt sponsor for Academy teams from Under-9s to Under-18s.

Rolls Royce Unite the Union will also return as front of shirt sponsor for the Under-18s and Under-21s. The Derby Rolls Royce branch of Unite the Union represents workers’ interests across its sites in Derby.

GF Tomlinson, Bates Weston and Midland Lead will also continue their support of the Female Talent Pathway for the new season.

Formed in 1892, GF Tomlinson has over 130 years of experience as a contractor and developer, undertaking developments across a range of sectors including residential, industrial, commercial and retail.

Bates Weston is a Derby-based firm of chartered accountants and business advisors, providing services including tax planning, accounting, audit, corporate finance and probate.

Midland Lead is a family-owned lead manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience, specialising in cast, rolled and sandcast lead.

The Maddy Cusack Foundation will continue its partnership with the Female Talent Pathway featuring on the back of the shorts for the season. Established in memory of talented female footballer Maddy Cusack, the Foundation aims to continue her legacy by making a difference within the world of women’s football.

The Cosy Foundation will also support the Female Talent Pathway during the 2026/27 season, featuring on the programme’s training wear. The foundation supports grassroots childhood and community projects, funding a wide range of initiatives including children’s camps, local museum education programmes and volunteer-led projects. It also supports education and community projects overseas, as well as initiatives that help teachers and other educators.

The continued support of all seven sponsors is hugely valued and plays an important role in helping the Female Talent Pathway provide enhanced opportunities, coaching and support for its players throughout the season.
