Derby County Community Trust are pleased to be accepting donations of ‘winter warmers’ to support residents within the city.

Many families, including refugees and asylum seekers, arrive to Derby with very little, and as the cold weather sets in the need for warm clothing increases.

We are specifically looking to accept warm coats for all ages, which will be distributed through charity networks in the city.

Second-hand coats should be in good condition and ready to be worn again. We unfortunately can’t accept duvets, covers, or headwear which has been used.

Donations can be made at Harrison’s Hub in the Community Corner on Thursday’s 4-6pm, Thursday 30th October – Thursday 11th December.
