Derby County Community Trust welcomed guests back to Pride Park Stadium last night for the third consecutive year as the club hosted its annual Iftar event, now firmly established as a key moment in the Trust’s community calendar.
The event brings together families, faith leaders, community groups and partners to break fast, share prayer, and celebrate Ramadan. This year’s event saw more families than ever attend, reflecting the continued appetite for shared celebration, connection and understanding during the holy month of Ramadan.
Adult Health Manager and organiser, Adam Woolley shared his thoughts on the event;
“As always our Iftar event is a fantastic evening to be part of. It was great to see so many Trust participants and friends from the local community come together for an evening of prayer and celebration. We look forward to welcoming communities again next year.”
