Join us to find out more about Derby County Community Trust’s Raminiscence programme, developed in partnership with Primary Healthcare Derby, bringing people living with dementia and their carers together through reminiscence, conversation and shared experiences.
Whether you are living with dementia, supporting someone who is, or work with people who may benefit from the programme, the event is an opportunity to meet the team, learn more about Raminiscence and find out about the support and services we will offer through the programme.
All attendees will get a free lunch and refreshments.
