The Derby 10K is Derby County Community Trust’s flagship fundraising event, drawing thousands of runners each year to take on an exciting challenge through the heart of the city. Proudly sponsored by local elite sportswear brand, HUUB Design and supported by DNS, the race offers a fast, flat course ideal for all abilities, plus an exclusive race T-shirt and medal for every participant.

This year, to support with improving the environmental impact of the event we are offering runners the option to to purchase a tree as an added fee to their entry (£5 + VAT) as part of the ‘Trees not Tees‘ initiative. If you’d like to support this and plant a tree, please add it to your basket as an additional product before proceeding with your entry and consent to data sharing to enable us to process your purchase. Our long term vision is to offer this as a replacement for merchandise.

Younger runners can get in on the action too with our Family Fun Run perfect for families and future 10k runners alike.

For those looking to elevate their race day experience, our VIP package includes access to a private hospitality suite before and after the run, complete with hot drinks, dedicated baggage storage, private toilets, and even pre- and post-race massage.

For those running with colleagues, why not battle it out to become the Derby 10k Corporate Challenge Champion! Work collectively as a team of 5 to cross the line in the quickest combined time (fastest 3 times count). Teams will have indoor access, access to pre/post race refreshments and get a digital team photo as part of their entry.
