The Neurological Disorders programme at Derby County Community Trust provides tailored, compassionate support for people living with Parkinson’s and dementia, helping them maintain independence, confidence and quality of life. We offer a blend of physical, emotional and social activities designed to meet each person’s individual needs, from gentle movement sessions and memory‑support exercises to practical guidance for managing day‑to‑day challenges.

Raminiscence – Our offer for those living with dementia and their carers to come together, relive special moments, enjoy light exercise and socialise with others.

Parkinson’s – Our offer for those currently recieving or awaiting treatment for Parkinson’s disease and members of their support network. This offer includes our popular ‘Parkie Rams’ walking football team, social walking football and chair-based exercise.
