Forever Active is Derby County Community Trust’s over 55’s exercise programme, aimed at increasing physical activity, preventing falls and reducing social isolation.

With an a pay as you go service at £5 or at £25 a month, we provide a weekly timetable of varied activities, which feeds into our Extra Time Hub; increasing social interaction through regular meetings.

Raminiscence aims to support older fans through reminiscing some of their favourite Derby County memories in partnership with Club Historians and The Rams Heritage Trust.
