Since 2012, facilitated by African Adventures over 500 passionate volunteers have joined this unforgettable journey to Nakaru, Kenya. Together, we’ve helped transform partner schools in impoverished communities, bringing opportunity, support and lasting impact.

It’s special out there. I was given the opportunity for a funded placement for the Kenya trip and now I’ve been for the past six years. It’s been life-changing, it’s opened my eyes. The people out there haven’t got much but they’re still happy and they’re proud. I came back a totally different person.
