Cutting back could help you lose weight

Calories in alcoholic drinks can quickly stack up, making it difficult to shift those extra pounds. Did you know there are as many calories in two pints of beer as there are in a burger? Or that it could take around 20 minutes to run off the calories from a large glass of wine.
