Positive Horizons provide and promote Supported Living provisions to adults with a learning disability to live independently within Derbyshire, along with a Community Outreach service to those who live with their family or live alone within the community.

Through their Trust Partner agreement, the company not only supports our Disability squads, but also our Annual Awards, along with advocating sessions which their service users have benefitted from.
