Back to Bootcamp!
Join us for an eight week bootcamp to see out the summer in shape, as bootcamps return to Pride Park!
The programme will run over six coached sessions and two challenge weeks, every Tuesday from 6.30-7.15pm at Pride Park Stadium.
You'll be guided through weekly circuit-based activity, with guest coaching sessions and additional challenges on the non-coaching weeks.
Sessions will run in person on 16th and 23rd August, 6th and 13th September, and 27th September and 4th October.
All participants will be added to a WhatsApp group to motivate and encourage one another, alongside taking part in challenges!
You will be prompted about the participant(s) who will be attending the course so please have this information ready.
