Our Talent Identification Programme (TIPs) is our invite-only football programme which provides the opportunity for 5-12 year old boys to benefit from advanced coaching and to develop within the Derby County player pathway where applicable.

All sessions are designed to develop the skills relevant for the modern game and are delivered at high tempo in weekly sessions across Derbyshire.

Within the programme players will complete in an Elite Game Programme where they will play counterpart teams from other clubs, including Stoke City, West Brom, Leicester City, Shrewsbury Town and Cardiff City. This allows players to experience playing within a competitive environment.

Participants will be invited to order personalised TIPs kit and should bring their own labelled water bottle and any other equipment required. We advise against bringing any valuables to the session.

All children can be left unattended for the full duration of the session as all our coaching staff hold relevant qualifications and Enhanced DBS certificates.
